Conversion is such a big headache isn't it?
To measure a length, the result can be interpreted in many ways: meter, centimeter, inch, foot, etc
To know a price of an item when doing shopping, the currency rate is displayed in USD, but how do I know how much does it cost using my homeland currency?

Anyway, Google Calculator come in handy to help you to quickly convert something to something else. No need to search for the websites which offer limited conversion unit anymore. To find 1.73 m (my 'estimated' height) meters in feet, just type "3 meter in feet" in the search box from the very first page on google.com and Search It!

On the next page, google will show you the conversion you want, before the web result is displayed!

Alternatively, you may try "3 meters in feet", "3 meter to foot", etc . Google will try it best to comprehend what you are typing and return you with the precise result.
